Recipe for Mango Tango Pickle- Companion for a Winter Afternoon in leisure
While we all cherish the memories of our travels to places and the food we eat there, sometimes we also like to stay home and relax in the winter afternoon sun and bask in the sunshine. A plate of tangy mango pickle is a surely good way to spice up the time spent in leisure. When the mango season arrives, our mango tree provides plentiful of raw mangos. Unable to control the incessant supply, we regularly try to preserve the flavor by making pickles. One of our favorite is Mango tango pickle made by our Maa.
