The itenerary we decided from the Nest n Wings travel guide was this -
Haridwar- Mussoorie- Kempty falls-Chakrata- Tiuni
Recongpeo-Puh-Spello-Yangthang-Sumdo-Hurling-Tabo.
Tabo-Dankar Gompa-Kaza-Kee Monastery-Kibber-Kee Monastery- Kaza.
Kaza- Loshar-Kunzum la- Batatl- Chandertal-Batal-Chatru-Gramphoo-Manali
Manali-Aut-Bilaspur-Chandigarh- Ambala- Saharanpur-Roorkee-Haridwar
As we rached Dehradun Ity started raining heavily. But rain could not stop us from proceeding towards our destination. Near Mussoorie weather started be become better and we heaved a sigh of relief. At Kempty Falls we had brunch . The road to Chakrata was very beautiful which i had only heard of . The road winding through the high cliffs and meandering around amidst clouds added to the thrill.

AT CHAKRATA we were stopped at a check post . We said that we were from Haridwar and we gladly allowed to passby . Later i came to know that its a Cantonment area and foreigners are not allowed to enter , it being a high security zone.
We had decided to reach Tiuni by evening and there was 80 more kms before us . The road to Tiuni was under repair and landslides and rocklks covered the entire way. It was a backbreaking ride and sometimes our bikes used to skid in the muddy trail. This was going to be a very good test of our stamina n a trailer of the things going to happen before us the next few days .
AT TIUNI we boarded a hotel and had a good meal after a refreshing bath. The most interesting and the crucial part of the tour was that the luggage should be tied tightly with the bike and this was a time consuming and tricky process. In the early morning we packed the luggages and tied them to our bikes .We were to reach Karchham by evening.
At 7.00 am we started from Tiuni and moved towards Rohru. Riding in the banks of the Tons river was a great experience.
